Fallin Fowl Outfiitters has a great passion for waterfowl hunting and specialize in guided spring snow goose hunts in Arkansas, Missouri and South Dakota. Our staff has hunted all over North America from Louisiana to Saskatchewan both fall and spring. With decades of experience we now offer guided hunts in the most productive migration areas we have found in both Arkansas, Missouri and South Dakota. All of our hunts are on private land leases near very large concentrations of snow geese.

Fallin Fowl Outfiitters uses two different methods of hunting to decoy these challenging birds. The first is done over large semi-permanent spreads of decoys. We use 1500-5000 windsocks and floaters in these migratory spreads. The key in setting these large and massive spreads is to have them in the rite location near large numbers of staged birds or on proven migration corridors. Years of following the migration has shown us best locations to set these migrator spreads. The second type of decoy spread we use is an X spread. These spreads are smaller in size around 1000 decoys but are set in a feed field the geese have been using for a few days in a row. We will wait for the geese to leave the field in the evening and then set the decoys for the next mornings hunt in anticipation the geese will return to feed in this field again. These methods used are the most successful ways to consistently decoy snow geese and put the odds in your favor to have a successful hunt.

Hunting Location and weather conditions are the two biggest factors in snow goose hunting. We can only control one of these factors. Our staff takes great pride in decoying these challenging birds and will go through great lengths to do so. We know what it takes to consistently decoy snow geese during the spring migration.  Keep in mind that these are wild birds and that there are no guarantees. We typically average 20-30 birds a day. There will be some slow days due to weather or a short lull in the migration. But there will be banner days in the field as well with big numbers of geese being harvested. A few days each year may even break 100. If you have realistic expectations a guided snow goose hunt with us can be great way to spend time with friends and family. Our staff has accepted all the challenges that go with spring snow goose hunting and will put forth the extra effort needed to for you to have a successful day in the field with us.
